A cheerful blend of strawberries and bananas that brings joy in every sip.

  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Start with the yogurt and milk in your blender.
  3. Add the frozen strawberries.
  4. Slice and drop in the banana.
  5. Sweeten it up with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  6. Blend until smooth for about 30-60 seconds.
  7. Check the consistency and add more milk if needed.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
