A refreshing and delicious smoothie blending kale with tropical fruits for a vibrant and healthy drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing the kale and chopping it. Dice the mango and pineapple.
  2. Load the blender with kale first, followed by mango, pineapple, and banana.
  3. Pour in coconut water or almond milk to help with blending.
  4. Blend on low speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute until creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave if desired.
  6. Ice it up by adding ice cubes and blend again for a frosty texture.
  7. Serve and enjoy your smoothie in a fun glass, garnished with fruit or coconut.
