  • 1 large orange (peeled, segmented, seeds removed)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (dairy or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (no pulp preferred)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: frozen pineapple chunks, fresh orange, yogurt, orange juice, sweetener, and ice cubes if using.
  2. Blend up the pineapple and orange: Start with frozen pineapple and orange segments, blending on high until thick.
  3. Add the yogurt and orange juice: Blend again until well combined, adding more orange juice if necessary.
  4. Sweeten it up: Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired, blending again.
  5. Chill it out: If you want it extra cold, blend in ice cubes to achieve the desired texture.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Pour into a glass or bowl and garnish as desired.
