Instructions

  1. Prepare your cream cheese mixture by softening the cream cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy and lump-free.
  3. Add powdered sugar gradually while mixing on low speed until smooth.
  4. Drizzle in vanilla extract and mix briefly to incorporate.
  5. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold one cup of whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
  7. Fill cups or jars with the cheesecake filling using a spoon or piping bag.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
