  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1 orange bell pepper, for decoration
  • Small pretzel sticks, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and ensure cream cheese is at room temperature.
  2. Mix the Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the Cheeses and Flavors: Mix in cheddar, Parmesan, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Chop the Nuts: If using walnuts or pecans, chop them into small pieces.
  5. Form the Cheeseball: Mold the mixture into a round shape using plastic wrap.
  6. Chill and Firm Up: Refrigerate the cheeseball for 1-2 hours to firm up.
  7. Prepare for Decoration: Unwrap the cheeseball after chilling.
  8. Decorate with the Bell Pepper: Insert the orange bell pepper on top to create a ‘stem’.
  9. Optional Garnish: Sprinkle nuts over the surface and add paprika for color.
