  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Crush the graham crackers in a medium bowl and mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into serving cups.
  2. Whip the cream: Beat the heavy whipping cream in a bowl until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Mix the cream cheese: Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add the cheesecake filling to the crusts and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Garnish with sliced strawberries before serving.
