Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your muffin pan by lining it with paper liners or greasing it.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree, chopped apples, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
