Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set it to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your zucchini: Wash and grate 2 cups of zucchini.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients: Combine grated zucchini, both sugars, and vegetable oil.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  5. Bring it all together: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir gently.
  6. Fold in the extras: If using, gently fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
  7. Prepare your baking pan: Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  8. Pour and spread: Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Notes
