  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon natural honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Make sure your banana is peeled and sliced if it’s fresh. If you have a frozen one, you can toss it right in! Peel and segment your orange, removing any seeds.
  2. Combine in a blender: Toss your sliced banana and orange into the blender. Layering is essential here—put the soft fruits first. The Greek yogurt and almond milk go in next.
  3. Add sweeteners: Now, sprinkle in the honey and vanilla extract.
  4. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the overall sweetness.
  5. Ice it up: Add a handful of ice on top.
  6. Blend until smooth: Secure the lid on the blender and start blending on low.
