Orange Freeze

A refreshing and creamy treat made with fresh orange juice, sugar, and heavy cream, perfect for warm sunny days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Orange Juice
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the fresh oranges to obtain 2 cups of juice. Strain if needed.
  2. Combine the orange juice and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk until dissolved.
  3. Add the heavy cream while whisking to create a smooth texture.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or airtight container and freeze.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cups when ready to serve.

Notes

For a tropical twist, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream or add diced fruits before freezing.
