  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 12 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup frozen mango or pineapple
  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
  • Handful of ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: wash, peel, and chop the orange and bananas.
  2. Pour 1 cup of orange juice into your blender.
  3. Toss in 1-2 frozen bananas.
  4. Add the frozen mango or pineapple.
  5. Zest in a teaspoon of orange zest.
  6. Drizzle in your honey or agave syrup.
  7. Secure the lid on your blender and blend until smooth.
