Ultimate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie Shake

A creamy shake that blends the nostalgia of peanut butter oatmeal cookies with nutritious ingredients for a delicious and wholesome treat.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower, steamed and cooled
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Measure out all your ingredients and pit your Medjool dates if needed.
  2. Steam the Cauliflower: Steam cauliflower until tender, about 5-7 minutes, and cool it to room temperature.
  3. Blend It All Together: Add the oats, cooled cauliflower, peanut butter, dates, and almond milk to the blender, and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  4. Taste and Adjust: Sample your shake, adding more sweetness or almond milk to reach your preferred consistency.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!: Pour into a glass, and top with oats or peanut butter for presentation, then enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding cocoa powder, chocolate chips, or a pinch of cinnamon. This shake can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
