  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Start with your pineapple, orange, banana, and yogurt. If you’re using fresh pineapple, remove the rind and cut it into chunks. For the orange, peel it, and break it into segments – it helps with blending.
  2. Add to blender: Toss the pineapple chunks, orange segments, banana, and yogurt into the blender.
  3. Pour in the orange juice: Next, add the orange juice to the blender.
  4. Blend: Secure the lid on your blender and start blending at a low speed, gradually increasing to high.
  5. Taste and adjust: Give your smoothie a taste! If you’d like it sweeter, add in honey or agave syrup.
  6. Serve up the goodness: Once your smoothie is perfectly blended, pour it into tall glasses.
