  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
  • Pumpkin pie spice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by letting your cream cheese sit out for about 30 minutes until softened.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in your whipped cream to the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Grab some shooter cups and spoon in the pumpkin cheesecake filling, layering with graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Add a swirl or dollop of whipped cream on top of each shooter, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and a dash of pumpkin pie spice.
  6. Chill the shooters in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
