- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can creamy frosting (chocolate or white)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the cake batter: combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Prepare your muffin pan by lining it with cupcake liners.
- Fill each liner about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with colored frosting.
- Decorate with candy eyes and sprinkles.
