Shark Snack Cups

Whimsical Shark Snack Cups made with layers of yogurt, Jell-O, and topped with gummy sharks, perfect for kids and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 2 containers (6 oz. each) low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg of Jell-O mix (blue or any ocean-inspired flavor)
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • Gummy sharks
  • Optional: Parasol picks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jell-O Layer: In a medium bowl, add your Jell-O mix and carefully pour in the boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved. Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the Yogurt and COOL WHIP: In another bowl, combine the yogurt with the thawed COOL WHIP and gently fold until fully blended.
  3. Layer the Cups: Start with a layer of the yogurt mixture, fill halfway, then pour the cooled Jell-O until three-quarters full.
  4. Top it Off: Sprinkle a layer of Graham cracker crumbs on top to resemble sand.
  5. Garnish with Gummy Sharks: Place one or two gummy sharks on top, and optionally add parasol picks.
  6. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can prepare these in advance and keep them refrigerated until ready to serve. Mix and match Jell-O flavors for a colorful effect!
