  • 15-ounce canned corn (drained)
  • 1 small can black olives (diced)
  • 1 cup red bell pepper (finely diced)
  • 4 ounces green chiles (drained, optional)
  • 1 whole jalapeño (finely diced, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: drain the corn, olives, and green chiles, and dice the bell pepper and jalapeño.
  2. Add the cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and whip it using an electric mixer until creamy.
  3. Mix in the ranch seasoning until fully combined.
  4. Add the drained corn, diced olives, red bell pepper, and green chiles, then gently fold to combine.
  5. Include the jalapeño if you like it spicy, and mix well.
