Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by slicing your kielbasa, bell pepper, and onion, and mincing the garlic.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the sliced kielbasa in the hot skillet for 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions, cooking for 5-8 minutes until softened.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  6. Add diced tomatoes if using, and season with salt and pepper.
