Enchanting cookies made with rich chocolate cake mix and topped with vibrant green buttercream frosting, perfect for celebrations and fun baking days.

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup green buttercream frosting
  • Chocolate pieces or candy for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-2 tablespoon balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until soft but set.
  5. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. Decorate the cooled cookies with green buttercream frosting.
  7. Add chocolate pieces or candies for decoration.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, swap the cake mix for gluten-free cake mix. Play with frosting colors for a fun twist!
