Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A refreshing blend of sweet strawberries and creamy bananas, perfect for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup milk or juice

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing strawberries and removing the stems. Peel the ripe banana.
  2. Load the blender with strawberries and banana.
  3. Add the yogurt to the blender.
  4. Pour in your choice of milk or juice.
  5. Blend on high until smooth.
  6. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if desired.
  7. Serve it in a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For a tropical twist, swap strawberries for pineapple and add coconut milk. This smoothie can be made vegan by using coconut yogurt and almond milk.
