Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A creamy and refreshing Strawberry Banana Smoothie, perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen Strawberries, hulled
  • 1 ripe Banana, sliced
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • Sweetener (optional, to taste)
  • Ice (optional)
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Prep the Strawberries by rinsing under cold water and hulling them.
  2. Slice the Banana into rounds.
  3. Add the Greek Yogurt to the blender.
  4. Pour in the Milk of your choice.
  5. Add Vanilla Extract if using.
  6. Sweeten to taste with your preferred sweetener.
  7. Iced it up with a handful of ice cubes.
  8. Add a pinch of salt.
  9. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  10. Taste and adjust flavors if necessary.
  11. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

Serve chilled, optionally topped with slices of strawberry or banana.
