Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A creamy, refreshing Strawberry Banana Smoothie that’s quick to make and perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Banana (ripe)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ½ cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
  • Sweetener (honey, maple syrup or dates, to taste)
  • Ice (optional, for thickness)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your strawberries by hulling them if they’re fresh.
  2. Slice the banana and add it to the blender.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and pour in the milk.
  4. Toss in the strawberries and banana slices.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and sweetener, plus a pinch of salt.
  6. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  7. Ice it up with a handful of ice, blending again if using fresh fruit.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as necessary.
  9. Serve the smoothie in tall glasses and garnish if desired.
