Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A refreshing and nutritious strawberry banana smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana (peeled and frozen)
  • 3 Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
  • ⅓ Cup Milk (almond milk recommended)
  • ¼ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make sure your banana is peeled and frozen! If you didn’t plan ahead, just slice a ripe banana and place it in the freezer for about an hour.
  2. Pull your milk, yogurt, and frozen fruit together on your countertop. Measure them out.
  3. Toss the frozen banana, strawberries, milk, and yogurt into your blender.
  4. Put the lid on securely and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spoon a little taste to see if it needs honey.
  6. Pour into your favorite glasses and sip that goodness!

Notes

You can add a sprig of mint or a sprinkle of chia seeds for added nutrition.
