Ingredients
Scale
1 pint Fresh Blueberries
1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ cup Lavender Simple Syrup
1½ cups Soda Water
Ice Cubes
Instructions
Make the Lavender Simple Syrup: In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and ½ cup of lavender buds. Bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain the syrup into a clean jar and let it cool.
Muddle the Blueberries and Basil: In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, add the blueberries and chopped basil. Gently press to release their flavors.
Add Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup: Pour in the lemon juice and lavender syrup, mixing well.
Combine with Soda Water: Fill a serving glass with ice cubes, pour the mixture over the ice, and top with soda water. Gently stir.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a sprig of basil and whole blueberries. Enjoy!
Notes
For variations, try adding jalapeño for spice or mixing in other berries.
