A vibrant and refreshing mocktail that combines pineapple, passion fruit, and fizz for a tropical paradise experience.

  • 12 tbsp blue raspberry syrup or blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 1/4 cup cold water or lemonade
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup passion fruit juice (or mango)
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp grenadine or hibiscus syrup
  • Optional: Splash of cranberry or pomegranate juice
  • Crushed or pebble ice
  • Lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
  • Edible glitter or shimmer powder (optional)
  • Starfruit slice, lime wheel, or edible flowers (for garnish)
  • Color-changing straws or glow stick stirrers

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Glassware: Select clear glasses and chill them in the freezer.
  2. Mix the Blue Layer: Combine blue raspberry syrup with cold water or lemonade in a mixing cup, stirring gently.
  3. Create the Pineapple Passion Layer: Mix chilled pineapple juice, passion fruit juice, and lemon juice in another container.
  4. Layer It Up: Fill chilled glass with crushed ice, pour blue mixture first, then pineapple mixture slowly using a spoon.
  5. Add a Sunset Touch: Drizzle grenadine or hibiscus syrup down the side of the glass.
  6. Top It Off: Add a splash of lemon-lime soda or sparkling water and garnish as desired.
