1–2 shots espresso (about 2–4 oz)
3/4 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, or soy)
1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Brew espresso and pour into a mug (for hot) or glass with ice (for iced).
In a small saucepan or frother, warm milk until hot and frothy.
Stir honey, vanilla, and cinnamon into the espresso.
Pour steamed milk over the espresso mixture.
Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon if desired and serve immediately.
