Zesty Orange Smoothie

A refreshing and invigorating smoothie combining freshly peeled oranges, creamy yogurt, and coconut water.

Ingredients

  • 2 large oranges (peeled and segmented)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or water)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Prep your oranges by peeling and segmenting them.
  2. Blend the segmented oranges with Greek yogurt in a blender.
  3. Pour in the coconut water, followed by chia seeds and ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low, gradually increasing to high speed until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend again.
  6. Serve the smoothie in a chilled glass and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to customize with different fruits or additives like spinach for added nutrients.
