Crispy Sheet Pan Potatoes

A deliciously simple recipe for golden brown sheet pan potatoes that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the potatoes by rinsing thoroughly to remove dirt and pat them dry.
  3. Cut the potatoes in half or quarter them if larger.
  4. Season the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  5. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check doneness until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
