No Bake Pink Velvet Cheesecake Bites

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 drop Pink Food Coloring
  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Crust
    Crush the Graham Crackers in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix with melted butter until evenly coated.
  2. Press it Down
    Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom.
  3. Beat the Cream Cheese
    In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, then mix in food coloring.
  4. Spread the Cheesecake Mixture
    Pour the cheesecake mixture onto the crust and smooth it out.
  5. Chill to Set
    Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
  6. Slice into Bites
    Remove from the dish and cut into small squares.
