Delightful Pear Cake

  • 3 Ripe Pears
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 100 g Melted Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the pears by peeling, coring, and slicing them.
  3. Mix the melted butter and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Combine the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the pear slices gently into the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
